Who is Kraken?

Kraken is run by the bearded & bespectacled Paul Huxen who, when not making fonts, will be found designing interfaces for Burberry in jolly London town.

Why call it “Kraken”?

I get this a lot, basically I was doodling away in my Moleskine and drew a ‘K’,‘R’ & ‘N’ and thought to myself ‘What begins with those letters?’ A quick little think and Kraken appeared. It's lucky that I think a Kraken is awesome too. It could of almost of been called ‘Narwhal’…

How do I say hello?

Just throw a nice little email to hello@krakenfoundry.co.uk

How's the site built?

This little fella runs on some fancy HTML5 and CSS which is souped up with the rather spiffy dynamic CSS language – {LESS}
